Google, AI로 6월에 지난 2년치보다 많은 Chrome 버그 수정

구글은 AI를 활용해 Chrome의 보안 버그를 대량으로 수정했다.

구글은 최근 Gemini 기반 에이전트를 통해 Chrome의 취약점 발견부터 수정, 배포, 업데이트 를 자동화했다. 이로 인해 Chrome 149와 150에서 이전 23개 마일스톤의 보안 버그를 합친 것보다 많은 1,072개의 보안 버그를 수정했다. 이 취약점 탐지 시스템은 여러 모델과 Chrome의 CVE 및 Git 이력 지식 기반을 활용한다.

Google has automated the process of identifying, classifying, fixing, and distributing updates for Chrome vulnerabilities using a Gemini-based agent. As a result, Chrome 149 and 150 addressed a record 1,072 security bugs, surpassing the total from the previous 23 milestones combined. The vulnerability detection system leverages multiple models along with Chrome's CVE and Git history knowledge base.
