구글은 Cloud Next '26에서 GKE 에이전트 샌드박스와 하이퍼클러스터를 발표했다. 에이전트 샌드박스는 gVisor 커널 격리를 사용하여 안전한 에이전트 코드 실행을 지원하며, 초당 300개의 샌드박스를 운영할 수 있다. 이는 세 가지 주요 하이퍼스케일러 중 유일한 네이티브 에이전트 샌드박스이다. 하이퍼클러스터는 단일 제어 평면에서 백만 개의 칩을 관리한다.

Google announced the GKE Agent Sandbox and Hypercluster at Cloud Next '26. The Agent Sandbox utilizes gVisor kernel isolation for secure agent code execution, capable of handling 300 sandboxes per second. It is currently the only native agent sandbox among the three major hyperscalers. The Hypercluster manages a million chips from a single control plane.
