Issue reported with Codex CLI where Subagent session logs grow abnormally.
An issue has been reported with Codex CLI where Resuming long sessions causes repeated Subagent creations, leading to abnormal growth of session log files. In one case, a single parent session generated 2,393 Subagent session files, consuming approximately 731.5GiB of disk space. This problem can lead to disk space exhaustion.
