Demis Hassabis has stepped down from his role as CEO of Google DeepMind to take on the position of chairman. He will concurrently serve as the chief scientist at Alphabet and head of Isomorphic Labs. This shift aims to refocus the organization's direction and emphasize the execution of the Gemini roadmap. Additionally, Koray Kavukcuoglu will lead the organization as the senior vice president, reporting directly to Sundar Pichai.
