I benchmarked Blacksmith against GitHub-hosted ubuntu-latest on identical GitHub Actions jobs with 10 trials. Blacksmith ran 3.17x to 3.77x faster, showing tighter variance. However, it wouldn't queue until I moved the repository into an organization.
