Cybersecurity researchers have disclosed details about a new botnet malware named Carbonato. This malware targets exposed Docker daemons to deploy an open-source AI agent framework known as Hermes Agent. Carbonato installs the Hermes Agent unchanged and overwrites its SOUL.md file to direct it in executing tasks.
