AWS has announced the general availability of Graviton5-powered EC2 M9g and M9gd instances with 192 ARM cores and formally verified VM isolation through the Nitro Isolation Engine. ClickHouse has reported a 36% performance improvement with zero code changes. Meta has committed to tens of millions of cores. On-demand pricing is 9% higher than Graviton4, translating to approximately 15% better price-performance.
