An open-source project to add Word-style ruler to web editors is introduced.
Major web editors like Froala, TinyMCE, and CKEditor 5 lack a Word-style ruler feature. This feature helps control margins and first line indentations. Currently, it's only available in heavier document components, and CKEditor has had a feature request open since September 2020. The new open-source project 'editor-ruler' aims to address this need.
