Cybersecurity researchers have disclosed details about a malware family called BambooToken. This malware utilizes the MQTT protocol as a communication channel to control both Windows and Linux systems. Active since at least February 2023, BambooToken has been employed in attacks targeting organizations across Asia and South America.
