Microsoft has opened the GitHub Copilot code review feature to all Azure DevOps customers, acknowledging that many are not ready to migrate to GitHub. The reviews are billed per use through an associated Azure subscription and show up in Cost Management after 48 hours. While budgets will notify users, they do not stop the code reviews, and there is a concurrency limit of five per organization.
