A French-speaking hacker broke into a small automotive business, installed a keylogger, and stole banking and email credentials. Before his command-and-control server went offline, he set up OpenSSH and Tailscale on the victim's machine to create a backdoor. This move allowed him to bypass the C2 entirely, maintaining access even after the Havoc server was no longer operational.
