Fujitsu has announced the FUJITSU-MONAKA CPU, designed and developed in Japan, along with servers utilizing this CPU. It features a 3D stacked architecture combining 2nm cores and 5nm cache/I/O, supporting a maximum frequency of 3.8GHz and memory transfer speeds of 8800MT/s. The product is expected to launch in November 2026.
