프리미어리그는 2026-27시즌부터 모든 구단의 경기 유니폼에서 도박업체 후원 로고를 금지하기로 결정했다. 현재 2025-26시즌에는 20개 구단 중 11개 구단이 도박업체와 후원 계약을 맺고 있지만 새로운 규정에 따라 이는 모두 종료된다. 대신 금융업체들이 일부 구단의 후원사가 될 예정이다.

The Premier League has decided to ban all gambling sponsorship logos on match jerseys starting from the 2026-27 season. Currently, for the 2025-26 season, 11 out of the 20 clubs have gambling companies as their main sponsors, but this will end under the new regulation. Instead, financial companies will take the place of some of these sponsors.
