Climate tech companies are entering the public market through IPOs.

This year, there has been an increase in climate tech companies going public via IPOs in the United States. Solv Energy, a solar and battery company, went public in February with a valuation of $6 billion, and X-energy, known for building small modular nuclear reactors, followed with a successful IPO in April that saw its stock surge on the first day. This trend reflects growing investment interest in sustainable energy.
