After taking control of RubyGems, Bundler, and RubyGems.org, Ruby Central faced 10 months of turmoil. During this period, it lost two conferences, two major OSS projects, and nine contributors. Additionally, it failed to resolve disputes and rejected previous maintainers' agreements.
