TELESHIM Abuses Telegram for C2 in Attacks Against Middle East Governments

TELESHIM이 중동 정부를 공격하기 위해 Telegram을 악용하는 사이버 공격이 보고되었다.

사이버 보안 연구원들이 중동 정부를 겨냥한 동아시아 연계의 위협 행위를 새로 발견했다. 이 공격은 TELESHIM, MIXEDKEY, BINDCLOAK라는 이전에 보고되지 않은 악성 코드 패밀리를 배포하는 결과를 초래했다. 사이버 보안 기업 Zscaler ThreatLabz는 이 캠페인을 이달 초 감지했다고 밝혔다.

Cybersecurity researchers have detected new malicious cyber activities linked to a threat actor from East Asia targeting government entities in the Middle East. These intrusions involved the deployment of previously unreported malware families named TELESHIM, MIXEDKEY, and BINDCLOAK. The cybersecurity firm Zscaler ThreatLabz reported detecting this campaign earlier this month.
