The SpeechAnalyzer API from Apple processed 5,559 LibriSpeech audio samples on an M2 Pro, achieving a word error rate (WER) of 2.12% for clean audio and 4.56% for noisy audio. This performance surpasses the previous SFSpeechRecognizer, which had WERs of 9.02% and 16.25%, respectively. The results indicate that SpeechAnalyzer is the most accurate voice recognition engine.
