AWS has previewed a new feature in its Bedrock AgentCore that allows AI agents to autonomously make payments. This capability enables agents to pay for APIs, MCP servers, and web content, developed in partnership with Coinbase and Stripe. It significantly reduces the burden of creating customized billing and credential management systems.
